Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Lucknow Birdies website and services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your event.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than set-up.

  • Cancellations made 3 days in advance are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations after this period may result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Use of the Simulator

  • Guests are responsible for using the equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.

  • Any damage to the simulator or equipment due to misuse will result in additional repair or replacement charges.

  • A Lucknow Birdies attendant will be present during the event to assist guests and ensure proper operation of the simulator.

3. Liability

  • Lucknow Birdies is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the use of our services.

  • Participation in events involving the simulator is at your own risk.

  • We recommend all guests follow safety guidelines provided by our staff.

4. Travel Fees

  • We provide complimentary travel within 25 miles of Benson, NC.

  • For events beyond this radius, a travel fee of $0.75 per mile will apply.

5. Modifications to Services

  • Lucknow Birdies reserves the right to modify services, pricing, and these terms at any time.

  • Significant changes that may impact existing bookings will be communicated to clients promptly.
